2024 Youth Tournament Season
This registration is for is for youth of our community to join the UAPSL League. The idea is to give our youth the opportunity to have fun and stay focus during the long summer Holidays.

Please Note:All players without profile photo will have to come to the office to get their photo.                          

            REFUNDS

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• No refund After the team participates in the UAPSL League
• No refund after the First Scheduled Payment 
• No Refund 14 days before the league starts.
• Fees includes, REFEREE, FIELDS, LEAGUE FEES
